Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues within the data center environment.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address areas needing maintenance or improvement.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and optimize data processing workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all data center processes and operations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant IT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+, etc.) are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a data center or related IT support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in server hardware, virtualization technologies, and network protocols.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
