Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs and events in line with departmental objectives.
- Assist the Training Manager in developing and implementing training strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee participation.
- Compiling and evaluating feedback from training sessions to improve future programs.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders to facilitate training logistics.
- Support trainees with inquiries and issues related to their training programs.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in training administration or coordination is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
