Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist – Head Office in Bellville

A leading company, Icon Oncology, is currently searching for a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations in their Head Office located in Bellville, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity to support a dynamic environment while playing a key role in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all front desk activities and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating records.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a corporate receptionist, front office, or administrative support role, preferably in a professional or healthcare environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
  • Education: High school diploma; additional certification in office management is a plus.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
