Are you a warm and welcoming individual looking to begin a rewarding career? Zeebra Junction is seeking a dedicated Front Office Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a seamless front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing telephone calls and messages effectively.
  • Handle guest reservations and maintain accurate booking records to facilitate smooth check-in processes.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing assistance as necessary to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; further hospitality education is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable nature.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with booking systems is advantageous.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R6,000 – R7,000 per month.
