Exciting Opportunity: Front of House, Sales, Receptionist, and Public Relations Officer in Ballito

A leading company, Affirmative Portfolios, is actively seeking a dynamic Front of House, Sales, Receptionist, and Public Relations Officer. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with clients, this position in Ballito, Durban is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and services offered.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
  • Support sales efforts by assisting with customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Assist in public relations efforts, fostering positive relations with clients and the community.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
