Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that merchandising standards are properly executed and maintained in line with company policies.
- Build, face up, stock, and maintain merchandising displays to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Maintain daily physical upkeep of the store and merchandise displays to enhance overall store presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Regularly assess inventory levels and report on stock availability for optimal product displays.
Requirements
- Education: Proven experience in merchandising or a similar retail role.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
