Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and implement the Western Cape Government’s Transversal Culture Programmes.
- Manage projects including planning, execution, and reporting to ensure alignment with government objectives.
- Conduct assessments and provide psychological support to individuals and groups within the organization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote wellness and positive psychological outcomes.
- Develop training materials and resources to educate staff on psychological best practices.
Requirements
- Qualification: Must hold a valid registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Registered Psychologist.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a public sector environment.
- Skills: Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in psychological assessment methods and interventions.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
