A leading company, HR Genie, is thrilled to offer an exciting role for a Hotel Front Office Shift Leader. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth hotel operations in the scenic surroundings of Bantry Bay, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional guest service at the front desk by addressing guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate visible and confident leadership presence, guiding front desk staff and maintaining operational precision.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes to guarantee efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor front office staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance their skills.
  • Monitor and manage reservations, ensuring effective communication between departments.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant hospitality diploma or degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a front office role within a hotel environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management software and front office operations.
  • Personality: A guest-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R22,000 per month.
