A leading company, Hire Resolve, is seeking an experienced Front Office Global Operations Manager to lead and optimize front office operations across multiple international regions. This is an exciting chance to make a significant impact on global front office teams while aligning with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front office operations across diverse global regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee global front office teams to optimize operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that drive performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in global operations management or related roles.
  • Skills: Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operational analysis and performance management tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R350,000 – R450,000 per year.
