Exciting Opportunity: Senior Conveyancing Secretary in Pretoria

A leading company, Zecutive Consultants, is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Secretary to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your career while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transfer files from instruction to registration, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, banks, bond attorneys, and various stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to conveyancing, including drafting agreements and maintaining relevant records.
  • Provide exceptional support to attorneys and assist in resolving issues related to property transfers.
  • Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary with a solid understanding of the full life cycle of the transfer process.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with excellent communication abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office Suite.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in legal or property management will be advantageous.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R40,000 per month.
