Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant / Receptionist in Durban

A leading company in the logistics sector, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is currently seeking a well-presented, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Serve as the point of contact for guests and clients, presenting a professional image.
  • Manage communication channels including phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Coordinate schedules and arrange appointments for executives.
  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared.
  • Maintain and update filing systems and office records for confidentiality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent qualification; relevant diplomas advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Receptionist is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
