Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and supportive environment for residents.
- Perform regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or retirement sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or housekeeping preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with staff and residents effectively.
