A leading company, Complement Recruitment, is currently seeking a dedicated Production Team Leader. This is a prime opportunity to lead a team in Cape Town, Western Cape and ensure smooth workflow between design, manufacturing, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Production Manager, ensuring coordinated efforts between the design, manufacturing, and installation departments.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the production team to ensure high-efficiency workflow.
- Implement best practices in production processes, workflow efficiency, and quality standards.
- Track production metrics and analyze workflow to identify areas for improvement.
- Motivate and develop team members to promote a productive work environment and enhance skill sets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and the production department.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in production management software.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R13,000 – R22,000 per month.
