Exciting Opportunity: Human Resource Specialist in Cape Town

A leading company in the recruitment industry, SD Recruitment, is seeking an experienced Human Resource Specialist to join their dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape. If you are passionate about workforce planning and organizational development, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, position regrading, and workforce planning.
  • Implement effective HR policies and practices to optimize organizational performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to address human resource needs and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations to ensure the organization adheres to best practices.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (NQF 7 or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources role, with proven experience in workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and relevant regulations.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
