A leading company in the financial services sector, HireHawk is currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrative & Business Development Support professional. This is an excellent remote opportunity in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Begin with essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Support the business development team by researching potential clients and markets.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking projects.
  • Manage correspondence, maintaining a robust communication flow with clients and internal teams.
  • Gradually take on more business development responsibilities, driving client engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or business support role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
