Exciting Opportunity: Legal Personal Assistant in Milnerton, Cape Town

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about the legal field? Danté Personnel Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Legal Personal Assistant. This is an excellent chance to join a reputable team in Milnerton, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including managing schedules, appointments, and legal documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal correspondence and the filing of legal documents in an organized manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and court staff to facilitate legal processes.
  • Maintain and update client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Conduct routine research and gather necessary information to support legal cases and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric is essential; a tertiary qualification in a relevant field is beneficial.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite; strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R7,000 – R10,000 per month.
