Exciting Opportunity: Office Administrator and Personal Assistant in Midrand, Johannesburg

A leading company, PnS Group, is looking for a dynamic Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our Directors. This is a prime opportunity to join a vibrant team in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, managing schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Assist in daily operations, ensuring smooth office function and effective communication.
  • Maintain filing systems and prepare correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.
  • Organize meetings and take minutes, ensuring all action items are noted and followed up.
  • Handle purchasing and inventory management for office supplies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in Office Administration or Business Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role with personal assistant responsibilities.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Personality: Proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
