A leading company, NDC Personnel & Contractors, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Recruiter with phenomenal sourcing and advanced research skills to join our talent acquisition team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with top candidates through various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS systems.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
