Exciting Opportunity: HR Administrator in Johannesburg

A leading company, The HR Company, is currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their vibrant team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. If you’re passionate about human resources and compliance, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate filing systems for payroll, leave, and absenteeism reports.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
  • Assist with medical aid applications and cancellations.
  • Advise staff on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the broader shared services team in HR functions.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR administration or related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with employment legislation and HR software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
