A well-known Law Firm in Pretoria is seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and systems, ensuring proper management of legal documentation.
  • Provide support to legal staff and ensure the smooth operation of all office-related activities.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, in compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a senior legal administrative role.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of law firm operations and legal terminology.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in office management or administration preferred.

💰 Salary Insight
