Exciting Opportunity: HR Administrator in Johannesburg

A leading FMCG distributor is currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This role is perfect for a motivated professional looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute payroll in compliance with company policies and governance standards.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate record-keeping and communication.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reporting and documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years working in an HR role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in payroll software and HR management systems.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R24,000 – R27,000 per month.
