Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in our recruitment process, ensuring that you are a part of our pool to match candidates with our clients.
- Engage in proactive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, utilizing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methods.
- Manage the inbound recruitment pipeline and work on freelance recruitment tasks as needed.
- Develop automation strategies to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in freelance or agency settings.
- Sourcing Skills: Familiarity with using advanced sourcing tools and techniques to find suitable candidates.
