Exciting Opportunity: Training Administrator at FlySafair in Johannesburg

A leading company in the aviation sector, FlySafair is on the lookout for a Training Administrator to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. If you’re passionate about facilitating learning and resolving training-related inquiries, this is your chance to advance your career!

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all training-related queries and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
  • Oversee the monitoring of training stock and stationary levels, ensuring timely reporting to the appropriate team member for orders.
  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure that all participants have the necessary materials.
  • Assist in maintaining training records and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Provide support in organizing training sessions and workshops, ensuring an optimal learning environment.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant degree or certification in administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably within a training or educational environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software is desirable.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R25,000 per month.
