Exciting Opportunity: Lecturer and Programme Coordinator in Randburg

A leading institution in education, Lyceum College, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Lecturer and Programme Coordinator to oversee the BCom in Management and the Higher Certificate in Office Management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to academic leadership and guide students in achieving their educational goals in Randburg, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver lectures for the BCom in Management and Higher Certificate in Office Management programs.
  • Develop and manage course content, ensuring it meets educational standards and industry relevance.
  • Provide academic support and mentoring to students, fostering a conducive learning environment.
  • Coordinate assessments and grading processes in alignment with institutional policies.
  • Engage in research and professional development activities to contribute to the academic community.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant Master’s degree in Management, Education, or a similar field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in higher education, with experience in program coordination preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, leadership skills, and proficiency in educational technology.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
