Exciting Opportunity: Human Resource Development Clerk: Internships, Bursaries and Learnerships in Cape Town

A leading company, Western Cape Government, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Development Clerk. This is an excellent chance to join a committed team in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of human resources management policies concerning internships, bursaries, and learnerships.
  • Provide support and advice on the Public Service Amendment Act, Public Service Regulations, and Labour Relations Act.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of Human Resource Development legislation, including the Skills Development Act and National Skills Development Strategy.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR Development programs.

Requirements

  • Qualification: An appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Competencies: Strong understanding of HR legislation and skills development policies.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in a HR administrative role will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R228,321 – R268,950 per year.
