Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and administration of human resources management policies concerning internships, bursaries, and learnerships.
- Provide support and advice on the Public Service Amendment Act, Public Service Regulations, and Labour Relations Act.
- Maintain accurate documentation of Human Resource Development legislation, including the Skills Development Act and National Skills Development Strategy.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR Development programs.
Requirements
- Qualification: An appropriate tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Competencies: Strong understanding of HR legislation and skills development policies.
- Experience: Relevant experience in a HR administrative role will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R228,321 – R268,950 per year.
