A leading company based in Irene is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Coordinator to manage daily office operations and front desk activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointment bookings and schedules for staff, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and keep track of office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator or front desk coordinator in a professional environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail; ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R20,000 per month.
