A leading company, Hire Resolve, is currently looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng. If you possess the skills and demeanor to make a positive impact on incoming guests, this is your ideal role!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed, reflecting flexibility and teamwork.
