A leading company in Nelson Mandela Bay, Eastern Cape – Port Elizabeth is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy office in the automotive industry while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and greet visitors professionally while maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and filing records.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall workflow.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software with strong communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R7,000 – R8,000 per month.
