I Grow Wealth Investments is hiring a passionate Junior Conveyancing Secretary. If you’re eager to grow in the legal field and possess a keen attention to detail, this is your chance to shine in a reputable company based in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general conveyancing duties, including managing and processing transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, attorneys, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and review documentation related to property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist in managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of conveyancing processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal secretary role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Relevant qualifications in law or legal administration are an advantage.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with conveyancing software and MS Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R300,000 – R500,000 per year.
