Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve any discrepancies related to client accounts proactively.
- Compile and maintain reports on debtors for financial forecasting and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth operational process and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate required; further education in finance/accounting is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a debtors or accounting role, preferably within the logistics sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R16,000 – R19,000 per month.
