Exciting Opportunity: Office Manager / Bookkeeper in Paarl

Farm Manager SA is hiring a detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper. If you have a strong background in business operations, facilities management, and administrative best practices, this is your chance to be a pivotal part of a thriving team in Paarl, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning.
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain and organize office documentation in accordance with best practices.
  • Coordinate facilities management to ensure a safe and conducive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Office Management or Bookkeeping.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in an office management or bookkeeping role.
