A leading company, Surgo is currently seeking a dedicated HR Generalist/Senior Recruiter. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 20–40 hires per month consistently, primarily focusing on contact center agents in sales, customer service, and debt counseling.
- Maintain a proven track record of delivering 20+ hires per month in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center or call center environment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and recommend hiring decisions to ensure the best fit for the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment within a contact center environment.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with recruitment software.
- Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
