Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service and create memorable dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Assist in managing the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Supervise and lead junior staff, providing training and support as needed to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Take and manage guest orders, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Qualification: Fluency in German (speaking and reading) is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience as a senior waiter or in a similar role in a 4/5-star establishment.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on guest relations.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
💰 Salary Insight
