A leading company, Fidelity Services Group, is currently on the hunt for a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Assistant / Receptionist to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage incoming calls through the switchboard, directing clients to the correct departments efficiently.
  • Delegate walk-in and phone-in clients to appropriate personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing schedules, correspondence, and office supplies.
  • Foster a team-oriented atmosphere while focusing on self-development and the development of others.

Requirements

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated and independent operator with a genuine interest in teamwork.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in office software and handling basic administrative tasks.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
