Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
- Design and deliver multilingual training programs in French, Swahili, English, and Hindi, covering induction and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements and tailor programs accordingly.
- Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Education, or Business Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in training and development roles.
- Skills: Proficient in developing training materials and using various training methods and technologies.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Swahili, or Hindi is a plus.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R16,000 – R19,000 per month.
