Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice rules and regulations among all staff members.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dispensary, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently.
- Maintain accurate stock levels, checking that no expired or short-dated stock is held.
- Serve as a registered tutor and mentor for pharmacy staff, enhancing their professional growth.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in dispensing and customer service.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
- Registration: Must be registered with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
- Experience: Proven experience in a pharmacy environment, ideally with Unisolv.
