Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the dispensary, ensuring adherence to the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) requirements
- Manage and mentor staff, including registered tutors, to promote best practices in pharmacy
- Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) rules and regulations by maintaining standards of service delivery
- Monitor stock levels, ensuring no expired or short-dated medications are in circulation
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and staff performance
Requirements
- Qualification: Registered pharmacist with a corresponding degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience: Proven experience in a pharmacy environment, ideally with Unisolv software
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to pharmacy ethics and patient care
- Licenses: Active registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
