Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective cost management on various retail banking projects, including branch fit-outs, refurbishments, and ATM installations.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans to ensure projects are financially viable.
- Conduct procurement processes to hire necessary resources and services for project completion.
- Monitor ongoing project costs and suggest adjustments where necessary to maintain financial control.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that cost control methods are implemented effectively throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in quantity surveying, particularly within the retail banking sector.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
