Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process.
- Manage and lead a team of receptionists, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Maintain the reception area’s appearance and ensure all equipment is functional.
Requirements
