Exciting Opportunity: Key Account Manager (Licensing and Connectivity) in Durban

A leading company in the ICT and Technology Industry, Headhunters is seeking a driven Key Account Manager to join their vibrant team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong background in account management and channel sales to elevate their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring effective communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and client data to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing frameworks, specifically within the CSP model.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and progress using CRM software.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in ICT account management or channel sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft licensing products and experience with channel sales models.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R8,000 – R10,000 per month.
