Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in bookkeeping functions including processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings while managing the calendar effectively.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Support the finance team with operational adjustments to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in administration or bookkeeping.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with bookkeeping software is an advantage.
