Exciting Opportunity: Virtual Administration & Bookkeeping Assistant in South Africa

A leading company in the healthcare sector, Aristo Sourcing, is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Administration & Bookkeeping Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to support daily operations and contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in bookkeeping functions including processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings while managing the calendar effectively.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
  • Support the finance team with operational adjustments to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in administration or bookkeeping.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with bookkeeping software is an advantage.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
