Exciting Opportunity: Admin Assistant/Virtual Assistant – Work From Home in Cape Town

A leading company is currently seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant/Virtual Assistant. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a well-established business from the comfort of your home in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling communications.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining files to ensure efficient operation of the branch.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and manage correspondence via email and other platforms.
  • Coordinate various administrative tasks as required by management, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Implement and improve office systems and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
