Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist in Pongola

A leading company in KwaZulu-Natal is currently seeking a motivated Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team while playing a pivotal role in front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organized manner.
  • Coordinate and manage pool vehicles as required.
  • Execute various administrative tasks associated with receptionist duties.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma; further education in administration is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
