Exciting Opportunity: Procurement Admin Clerk in Durban

A leading company, Sabenza IT & Recruitment, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Admin Clerk. This role is pivotal for ensuring seamless handling of finance, procurement, and administrative tasks in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and compliant processing of financial transactions related to procurement and administrative duties.
  • Support procurement operations by effectively managing vendor relationships and maintaining procurement records.
  • Assist in the production and maintenance of financial and procurement reports for internal use.
  • Load and update information into procurement systems and ensure timely processing of all purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant diploma or degree in finance, procurement, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and financial administration roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with procurement management software.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R28,000 per month.
