Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing support to both staff and management.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and compliance.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data and prepare reports when necessary.
- Coordinate performance management processes and assist in talent development initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a generalist HR role with a track record of success.
- Skills: Familiarity with Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R60,000 – R85,000 per year.
