Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the governance of Bill of Materials (BOM) and provide manufacturing support.
- Manage and implement engineering systems to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Lead CAPEX initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
- Ensure reliability of systems through thorough analysis and evaluation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers in the team.
Requirements
- Qualification: BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 10–15 years’ manufacturing experience in a relevant industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering systems, BOM governance, and reliability.
- Exposure: Familiarity with machining processes and technologies.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R50,000 – R70,000 per month.
