A leading company, Innovazi Consulting, is currently seeking a dedicated Compliance, Health & Safety & Housekeeping Officer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This position is key to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of housekeeping across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health & Safety requirements across all operations.
- Implement and monitor compliance documentation and records to maintain health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for staff regarding health and safety practices.
- Maintain consistent 5S principles to promote efficient housekeeping and operational discipline.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or similar field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a compliance or health and safety role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of local health regulations and safety procedures.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
