Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant in George, Western Cape

A leading company is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for those who excel in providing customized support to meet diverse client needs in George, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedules and appointments of executives, ensuring effective time management.
  • Communicate with clients on behalf of executives, addressing their unique needs and inquiries.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports for meetings, ensuring all materials are ready.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables, and ensuring proper communication among team members.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant diploma or certification in office administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or administrative support.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and project management tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
