Exciting Opportunity: Office Administrator in Western Cape

A leading company, Objective Personnel, is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their Operations Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your career in a dynamic environment located in Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Support project coordination and assist with various operational tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a filing system and ensure that documents are organized for easy retrieval.
  • Provide support to executives and team members, facilitating a productive working environment.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric Senior Certificate; a Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum experience in an office administrator, executive assistant, office management, project coordination, or business support role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R14,500 – R16,500 per month.
